Rampart

Comiserations. Leave the Dwarves at home.

I always forget how gorgeous homm3 is, especially with hd mod.

I'm playing Jack's game and loving every moment

Rain World, and Rimworld coincidentally

What's the best and worst faction?

Best is probably necro or castle or even tower/dungeon depending on how many resources you have access to, or even stronghold if the map is very small, but the best faction is definitely NOT inferno or fortress

Played N:TWEWY a little while ago and it’s still living rent free in my head, so I busted out my 3DS to play the original after over a decade.

I knew it was going to be way different but it’s manageable enough so far. I just hate how it feels like you have no choice but to tank damage on the top screen.

You that same guy from Anon Babble

is that EASY MODO?

I am finishing the tower mode of die hard trilogy. I never beat it as a kid because i was retarded and thought you couldn't save but for my defensive shoving the save system in the game options is fucking retarded. I did beat the taxi/onrail shooter modes without saves but the tower was too hard.

Can't say what is best but inferno is definitely the worst, play it on higher difficulties if you want a digital CBT experience

Y-yeah, I just started playing.
Yes.

Inferno gets a lot of shit but arch-devils are some of the cheesiest units in the game and demon farming can turn inferno into a real powerhouse if done right. It's just a faction that's very counter intuitive to play so for majority of playerbase Inferno's the worst.
Castle is just great because it's easy to play and ridiculously good, Necro is of course good as usual but my favorite is Rampart just because it's so easy to get started, centaurs and elves and you're ready to go which is real convenient on impossible difficulty where you start with nothing.

Y-yeah, I just started playing.

that's fine, as long you're having fun

So is HoMM just a board game on PC you can play alone? I tried it but that's what it seemed like

Drop Duchy
I played the demo and got addicted to it. The full game came out 3 days ago

It is Tetris but with a gimick that the goal is not clear out the rows but instead try to chain the terrain and building tiles to min max their resources they generate. The resourices are either used for getting more/upgrading building tiles, or the tiles can create troops which are used at the end of each round in a kind of rock paper scissor against opposing troops (which you also have to place on the map)

yeah, kind of

Based, though I wouldn't start with Gem's campaign; it gets pretty hard later on, even for seasoned players.

Looks and sounds like a modern board game.

A-Train 9 ultimate edition
I would like this series to be more successful in the West. It's so good, but extremely niche outside Japan.

Is sins of a solar empire 2 good?

Best game of all time, imo.
I've been sucking at dota 2 with my pals. Russians keep owning me, they're just too experienced

It's pretty good, very similar to the first just better, I really enjoy the fact games aren't that long compared to something like Stellaris so you can finish one in an evening. I was almost dissuaded from buying it because I was pretty suspicious of the fact majority of the YouTube videos about it were sponsored but the general fan reviews on steam are positive so gave it a go and enjoying it still

maybe some starship troopers terran command later

act 2

40 hours

This is gonna take a while isn't it...?

stopped playing oblivion for awhile, real slog fest trying to 100% the map
might try skyrim next or just chill until doom release then play e33 and whatever else game pass slop there is

how are you liking homm3? i found it fun while i was learning the basics, but got bored after a bit.
assuming you're the same anon from the past few days

I'm so fucking close to 100%ing BBS. I finished Terra last week (the worst one), Ventus yesterday, I just need to get through Aqua. Once I finish her reports I'm fucking done and I can take a KH break for a while.
Cauldron's coming out in a couple weeks, that's probably what I'll play next.

I went back to pokerogue again
Over half way done with KCD2, very fun. I just did a quest with the spooky demon mine.
I tried out pacific drive on my ubuntu setup, but it only has a 1070 and it runs like crap with proton. Really wanting to play it on my main rig, might do that this weekend.

two towns

FUCK!!!

AC Odyssey

pacific drive

what's it about?

that's an expansion scenario btw

Vampire lords are 100% balanced.

am I the only one who doesn't like the 1080p on homm3?
Personally I use 1180x664, stretchable 32bit OpenGL with xBRZ x2 filter
and I find it close to the original game as possible with HD+ mod

I'm currently playing Saladin's campaign in AoE2, Darkest Dungeon and Mirrors Edge.

nobody asked, you nerd

Seems like stalker anamoly but you get a car to upgrade.

Playing AC Black Flag for the first time ever. I like it and the story is not bad at all.
I got that game yesterday its pretty fun.

Battle Brothers with Legends mod. RPing a champion of Khorne.
