Don't forget that you can also stack a bit of tremor count on the target before using it to actually keep that 99 stack of tremor and potentially convert it. You might not even need a tremor unit as long as you have something like (Tremor count like Rodion Effervescent Corrosion/Hong Cavernous Wailing) -> (Meur Capote to add potency) -> (Tremor conversion if necessary) -> (Tremor burst EGO like Ish Nightmare/Faust Everlasting).
Meur just needs a real Burn/Tremor unit to be usable on a team first. I hope in the future that with more units/EGO that support it that dual status teams become strong, but I doubt it because they'll most likely be very EGO reliant so unless you want to spend DURANTE on free EGO uses then they'll never get rolling on most content

Depends if you're talking about fielding Talisclair or benching him.
Fielding was the unfun 'restart until you can turn 2 S3 the boss', while benching is just 'gluttony resonance into 8+ Rupture applied per hit on highest HP'.
That bench effect is just really useful as a way to build up potency fast, and it synergizes super well with Devyat Rodya (S3 + the support passive activating is instant 15+/3+).
There's just too big of an opportunity cost in fielding Devyat Sinclair (unless that WAW EGO is insane) because he's specialized for applying count then running away, while the Talisman passive is always useful (and gluttony resonance is easy in a Rupture lineup).
