Sure you'll die a couple of times, but both combos (4 and 8 hits) are actually pretty easy. You only need to be careful with the 3rd hit, because in the 4-hit combo it's delayed, but not in the 8-hit version.
And don't parry the instant-kill attack, it's easier to dodge it.

They'll attempt to convince people it was a labor of love, pure artistic vision, but what it really is is simply a return to form; a simple turn based rpg with a simple story and simple mechanics with impressive graphics that doesn't go out of its way to force political agenda down the players' throats. They'd still love to do that, but realize they can't get away with it (for now). They will use the manufactured success of E33 to reframe the industry, from AAA games to "small passion projects from industry vets" to try and convince players they can trust the industry; it was actually just the greedy out of touch producers who ruined the industry. But in reality, it's all the same people, all the same money, and this is just an attempt to try and recapture some of the market before it crashes big-time in the next couple years.
