I also want to play that Astrobot game and the FF remakes (which are on PC but when the third game comes out I'll be able to play it early at least.) It's also nice just to kickback in the living room and play on the big screen and while I could do that with my PC I just can't be assed.

This. People do not keep up with how much it progressed and if you play on 1080p you can manually tweak the base resolution to 800-900p and benefit from the FPS gains with high quality output. The 720p and under defaults are too low to be fair.
