The original Infinity Ward team left halfway through the development of MW3. The series started to cannibalize itself and copy other games after that.

Part of the promo material for the movie rewrote some of the story.
Timeline shit happens and Shirley is alive, is the one that got Lulu's body so C.C. can force his soul back into him.

My favourite timeline is the one where Lulu inherits the Code and gets woken up by the space empire to suppress a rebellion.

There's nothing to fix outside of maybe toning down the exact wording of what Lelouch says, and even then its not like him saying something so off color is out of character. Losing control of your Geass the more you use it is pre-established in the series and thinking that it happening to him at a bad time is "bad writing" for a drama is fucking stupid.

They released a bunch of recap movies before the Resurrection film came out that changed a bunch of things. A lot of the stupid shit people didn't like from R2 is retconned or glossed over and Shirley gets to live, which leads directly into the movie. Even if you're a Shirley fag its hard to come out of watching them thinking it's a win for the character, she only survives the recap movies because they cut pretty much everything that involved her in the original series and she's barely in the new movie which also ends with Lelouch pretty definitively ending up with CC

COD has one, only one issue that makes me hate it as a game.
In Battlefield 4 if you press the crouch button, you will quickly duck, the speed at which this is done makes it possible for the player to survive sniper fire if he sees the scope glare and reacts on time, it feels like pulling a Mikiri counter in Sekiro.
In COD the character will slowly crouch then duck, so even if you react on time you'll still die.

So when I play COD I just pick an SMG with high ammo capacity and expect retards to rush towards me, I don't bother with aiming and just mow down mentally deficient players, it plays more like Doom than a military shooter.

Idk what this scene is. So all I have to add is she should be shouldering the gun and bending her knees a little and leaning into the recoil. But aside from that Idunno.

I've seen it argued that it's because he didn't actually want the deal with Euphie, since japan was more of an excuse to get to his dad, so it activated unwittingly

How they handled the recap movies and resurrection is fine because it lets you just write them off as non-canon if you didn't like what they did with them. Better than shitty on the TV series' ending.

Console cod is dead. Call of Duty: Mobile is where it's at. It's the closest thing to OG cod.

MW2 was trash but at least it had the decency to be fun trash. BO1 was MW2 but less exciting. MW3 was plain bad without any redeeming qualities and that was the last CoD I played until MW19.
