Protoss should try killing Terran with Observers. Tank and mine cannot shoot invisible units
The solution to PvT is 1 gate carrier.
The reason protoss loses is because if they go gateway, attacking gives them really bad trades, but they can defend because tanks are awkward to move. With 2 gate carrier, they just get crushed without a land army.
So you sacrifice only a small part of your ground army, and play defensively with 1 gate carrier. Even if you only have 1-2 carriers out, the terran is forced to go goliaths which weakens his tank/vultures enough that you can hold him off until you get like a dozen carriers.
if toss put in half the time zerg pros do to master muta micro then they could control shuttle-reavers like SnOw

Refinery and bunker have somewhat similar build times, so repairing from 10% to 100% will take similar time. But since refinery has more hp, one scv will repair more hp per second.
