Setting barely change the performance, going from High preset to Low gave me 10% higher FPS. Only resolution and upscaling method changes performance in significant matter.

neither are good but the mod doesn't do what you claimed here "to not look like shit" - all it does is tone down the sharpening a little bit which isn't as noticeable as you're making it out to be and the only real draw of the mod is the cutscene fps cap

The mod absolutely improves image quality — maybe not night and day, but enough that people noticed and prefer it, especially on higher resolutions where the sharpening gets obnoxious. Acting like it’s just a cutscene patch is disingenuous at best. You've either never tried it or you're coping 'cause it wouldn't run on your crusty setup.

It makes bigger difference in motion but still. TSR 100% scaling high preset. Sharpening filter is the most visible on high contrast sections like dots on her dress or foliage.
yep runs fine for me in terms of framerate but there are graphical hiccups every now and then but it doesn't ruin the overall experience
