The story is about Toriel delaying explaining what it means to be adopted, and doesn't actually contain any Kris angst. If you don't feel the need to inflict harm on the game characters just to get more content, then genocide has nothing to say to you, and thus you miss nothing by not playing it.
To be clear, I played genocide route and enjoyed it. I'm not moralfagging. I simply disagree that Undertale is an incomplete experience without it.

Theory: There won't be any more school days for the rest of the chapters. We already know there's no school in chapter 3, but I don't think it's known on what days of the week the story so far takes place so it might be a weekend or a holiday. Either way, weird shit will start happening in the light world from this point on starting after chapter 3, disrupting town life to the point that school doesn't happen. This will make it easier to write Berdly's death into the story without changing the script too much.

I get the point the genocide route is making but I disagree with you saying true pacifist is "incomplete". It was incomplete to you because you did the genocide route afterall. But to imply doing a true reset and doing the genocide route is how you get the "full experience" is making a bold claim about every player that isn't true. Genocide works because it's calling out a specific type of mindset, the message still works if a player never touches the route because they've freed themselves from that temptation.
Undertale is a game that wants you to feel like the world is real and continues long after you've abandoned it, so anything you do is "playing the game the correct way".

Kris's meticulous planning doesn't really make sense if he doesn't know what Susie and Toriel are going to do.
Like lets take Kris eating the pie, which is played off as a joke.
Kris eating the pie leads to Toriel having to make a new one, leading to her asking Susie for help, leading to Kris having a distraction and a way of keeping Susie around much later than she'd otherwise be.
With the tires slashed that's everything complete. Susie's at the house too late and Toriel says she can stay over for the night, perfectly setting up Chapter 3.
And keep in mind none of this works if Susie doesn't walk home with Kris. Susie could very well just fuck off like she did the day before and that's Kris's whole plan fucked over.

But also in the SURVEY_PROGRAM version there's an unused variant of the intro where "Your name is..." is replaced with Susie asking Kris to wake up, which lead to people first speculating that maybe a timeloop would be involved.

The video says there's a person creating (present tense) a Fountain and that it's "hard to see who it is." Even though the visuals do not show a person at all. The text is more important than the actual visuals IMO.

if we are to assume the fountain is literally placed at the opening point, it is likely that the server room (queens castle) is the entry point, and it may be possible to open a fountain in the closet, open the door, and bolt out before it collectively becomes a dark world. i personally do not believe this.

i dont think this flies because, like you said, it isnt stated that the video comes from queen in the first place.

My point is you can't make deductions about anything physical from stuff like this. It's not even necessary for the fountain's creation to have been captured by the laptop's camera.
Consider: Dark worlds, in some sense, exist even before the creation of the dark fountains. The Darkners speak and behave as if they and their worlds have existed for years. Tenna and the Queen, for instance, are referenced before their respective dark fountains are opened, and the King talks as if he knew Queen long ago. They're also conscious of what's happening in the light world. The fountains are more like portals to the dark world than the creations of new dark worlds. Maybe the footage isn't of the fountain being opened in the light world, but of the way that the darkners would have perceived that event reflected in their world.

So what if the conversation Kris and Ralsei had was just about the spare classroom and it wasn't actually nefarious
