That is the Japanese version. It did not release on the western Nintendo e-shops at all. The funny thing is, they left the CGs including the orc gangbang one untouched, but how dare YOU, the player, ever put your hand on an anime girl! Yuuna and the Haunted Hot Springs and Tokyo Clanpool were similarly censored, and also did not receive western releases on Switch. YHHS even released worldwide on Playstation with less censorship than the JP Switch version. Nintendo is straight up worse than Snoy. Qureate may as well just put their games on Playstation at this point, they won't do any worse to them than what Nintendo's doing now.

As am I; the whole reason they targeted Switch to begin with was because it didn't have Sony-tier censorship policies. Well now it does, worse than Sony's at that. If they were avoiding Playstation purely because of the censorship, there's no reason to do that any more. At least Sony will still let you release globally.

The story is that it was supposed to release years ago as a Vita title but ran into Sony's censors when they started their bullshit, causing it to be put on the backburner until it eventually resurfaced as a multiplat.
I am convinced (((they))) shut down Hinomaruko because it was too fashy.
