Who was in the wrong here?
Kenny vs Lilly
Larry had a chance of surviving, Kenny is an asshole.
I don't remember their other arguments but I hated how they gave up on making Lily a redeemable character in episode 3
And they made it even worse with Season 4 (non canon btw)
should have just unrioncially kept redoing the Lee storyline and kept doing it a million times to get different results
One where Lee, Kenny, Lilly getting on a boat to an island would be really nice.
While killing Lee is a powerful ending, it damaged the series beyond repair with the writers not knowing how to make a child protagonist that works or giving up on Clem altogether later on.
The characters are too diverse for me to really care about them.
Kenny
fuck it, let's get a boat somewhere and worry about shit later
Lilly
I know we're being robbed by bandits but we absolutely need to stay in this area that's running out of food
The boat plan was kind of stupid at the time, but they needed to get away from the motor inn. Kenny was in the right.
the only way I see it working is having multiple stories with multiple endings.
One where Lee dies, one where Lee turns walker, one where Lee lives.
Like
what if they stayed at the motel?
what if they got the boat?
what if they stayed at St. John's dairy farm?
what if Larry brought his meds to St. John's?
what if Mark didn't get shot with an arrow?
what if they split the supplies with the bandits?
Obviously Lilly. Is this about her dad, a 600 pound man, turning into a walker in a tiny fridge? The same 600 pound man who left Lee for dead in the pharmacy after we went out of his way to get pills for the faggot? Get bricked, retard.
Here's how I could fix it
Larry still suggests killing Duck
doesn't knock him out in the pharmacy
Larry saves Lee's life with the walker with the axe
brings his meds to St. John's dairy farm, the St. John's take it.
stuck in the meat locker
That would be a better decision
Didn't the Writers later explain Lilly was giving her Dad extra supplies on the sly?
You forgot that Lee was on the news for killing a man?
Larry was an asshole about it but he had his own justified reasons
her father needed extra supplies for his heart
Telltale games
your choices matter
*replay the game*
same outcome more or less no matter what
You forgot that Lee was on the news for killing a man?
At that point, who gives a shit, we are literally all killers at that point. When the first walker came into existence, all the morals went out the fucking window.
So the St. John's were justified in murdering and eating people and Kenny was justified in murdering Larry to prevent him from turning and Ben was justified in giving supplies to the bandits to prevent them from killing them.
Lilly will remember this
for two seconds before she goes
No, he absolutely did not. If Lee was a cold blooded killer, he would've told Larry to fuck off. Instead, he goes out of his way to help him and nearly gets killed by the same faggot he's trying to help.
He did literally nothing wrong.
Larry had a chance of surviving
The odds of survival for someone who receives CPR is 10%. In modern times, after getting them to a hospital while doing CPR the whole way. The odds are increased if a defibrillator is available on-site.
At absolute best, there was a 90% chance Larry would have become a zombie while Lee and Lilly were within extremely close range of him.
I liked the idea of S2 being about experiencing the failure of adults through Clem's eyes, having to quickly grow up in an environment where no adult could be a responsable mentor figure due to how heavily flawed they were. It does get silly with how much they ask for her at times but with more tight writing it could have worked far better, compared to what we got. After all, S2 was rewritten multiple times with a constant shift in writers and directors because it was rushed, had it been an actual carefully planned experinec, it would have been far better. I love the concept, critical on the execution but the highs of S2 made me look at it fondly. Overall, with all its flaws, I love the Clem saga.
if you choose to save Larry, you see his mouth start moving like he's doing gasps of breath. People speculate that his is body making one last gasp before death, but won't a sign he would live. Another question is how long it takes to turn, but we saw before the the kid or concealer turned walker and it took a few minutes or seconds depending on when they died.
Nigga had to be babysat by a little girl kek
Based, I'm glad that Carley died because otherwise I'd have to see her be in a relationship with a *****r which is already a tough pill having to play as one.
should have saved Doug, his scientific experiments will solve the zombie disease
It's funny how some of the most vile antagonists in the entire series, literal child-raping psychos, are just a gang composed of the wagies from the local Walmart
motel security
Kenny was ultimate correct, the motel turned out to not be a long term solution for them
Larry
we'll never know, which makes Kenny in the wrong because he forced his answer
roadside murder
Lilly is in the wrong of course, she lost her composure and went loony
duck and katya
A real man would have killed himself then and there, Kenny loves himself some denial.
They were both wrong, but Lilly was a lot more wrong then Kenny. The real kicker is that bother were so self assure in themselves they ended up fucking the whole team over.
S3 Should have been exclusively about her and Kenny repopulating the earth.
Is this franchise dead for ever?
I used to side with Kenny, but I later changed my mind. Kenny was a duckhead
That Clem
Holy fuck brehs...
Is this franchise dead for ever?
Kinda but not really, more like in life support. The thing is, The Walking Dead is a property of Robert Kirkman, who has shown interest in making more content about the series, because he likes money and has no problem exploiting it, he has recently been successful with the animated adaptation of Invincible so there's been rumors of an animated adaptation of TWD comic, since he grew to dislike what happened to the live-action show. As for the Telltale part of the franchise, he himself said that Clementine is a very important character for the series in general, that's why his company is currently publishing a series of official comics about Clem, they want to squeeze every last penny. I feel it's just a matter of time when it gets revived, it's pretty much one of the only big guns that Skybound has to their name, and they know it.
If they revive the game characters how are they gonna handle the awful comics?clem is like dating a self insert character in Vermont, far away from everyone else
During CPR, you are repeatedly compressing the chest. This is also where the lungs are - movement of air through the mouth during CPR is normal and doesn't necessarily indicate the patient is alive (that's what checking the pulse is for)
Without epinephrine or a defib (note: a defib is useless if the victim has "flatlined") the odds of CPR alone reviving someone is low. Obviously in real life you should do it anyway, if only to buy time until a medical professional can get there - but if there's an over 90% chance that doing the CPR will be putting you in range of a zombie, don't fucking do it.
The decision made in the moment should only ever be to crush his fucking head. Regardless of if the CPR "works" when siding with Lilly, it's still a fucking stupid decision to make.
b-but it worked so it wasn't stupid
liquidating every asset you have and putting everything onto a random roulette number is a fucking stupid decision. If you do somehow win, you were incredibly lucky and have significantly bettered your position in life, but it was still a retarded decision to make.
Probably retcon that shit with some vague statement that goes
"The comics are official and canon but in the same way the multiple routes from the games are simultaneously canon, it's just one of many viable routes. If you want to follow a more linear narrative that explores a fascinating alternate path, please buy our comics."
"But, if you want to continue to carve a story tailored by your decisions through a unique interactive experience, please buy our newest game."
so fucking true dude. it would have been more engaging if every character was a buff bald guy that smokes, drinks, has anger issues, and works out daily. maybe allow some women in but only they look like a playboy model and stays out of the way.
guys do you remember some sort of meme video about walking dead that included a scene with Kenny that flashed to a song that went
boats and hoes, boats and hoes
It has been on my mind for years
I think it's in this series
youtube.com
urban ops lmao
He's just a stupid anxious kid, I can forgive him mostly. I wouldn't be much better
But he did fuck up one time youtu.be
he a wimp
She was asian though
i kinda wish this never happened lol. this 1 moment turned him into a sympathetic loser kid into an irredeemable pussy. he could've at least done ONE thing right, but then again it would've made the decision to spare him much more obvious
also god the hd collection is ugly
clem webms
his company is currently publishing a series of official comics about Clem
Is it the one where she leaves the school and AJ because she needs to find herself or some shit?
why didn't they just go back to st. john’s dairy, clear it walkers and set it up as a fortress?
Yep, those shitty cash-grab comics.
what if Clem got enslaved, and/or raped, pimped out, by a benevolent man, or a cruel one, etc.
Without dark storylines like this games can't be taken seriously, especially one about a zombie apoc
