Switch 2

Do you KEEP your old Pro Controller or do you take the back pedal pill?

I have an 8bitdo controller with those buttons, and i have never used them. Im more interested in the audio jack actually, that would be the only reason i would buy a pro controller 2

Nah, I'm rocking with my old pro controller

I think I will get a NSO GameCube controller from ebay, it has all of the same buttons.

I hope this is compatible with PC.

Old Pro Controller since I'm poor.

I love back pedals for left and right d pads

new pro controller would have the hd rumble 2.0 I think...

It's probably going to have the same shitty D-Pad defect they've had on the Wii U and never addressed since.

I will buy the Splatoon 4 Pro Contoller, not that soulless thing. Black and white doesn't even fit the console design, what were they thinking?

I already installed hall effect sticks in my old one, gonna use it til it drops

My old controller's been drifting like crazy, so I can't wait for my pedals.

I already did the needful and took the back button pill saar

I have a Gamesir G8 Galileo for my phone and it slaps.

I always shit talked this company because my first exposure to them was mad assy. Literally seconds of input lag. GS2 I think it was?

why do extra buttons terrify tendies?

New pro controller

A reminder the old one wont power on your switch 2 so you need to do it manually.

Can't hold controller without controller thinking you're pressing the back buttons

That'll be a no from me

I'll take the back pedal pill when they release a special edition.

Gonna wait to see if they actually fixed the d-pad on the new Pro controller before consooming.
How is it that the d-pad is the hardest thing to get right on modern controllers?

the old one wont power on your switch 2 so you need to do it manually.

Wait is this fucking true? That sucks.

alright I concede

FUCK

This seems like a pretty glaring oversight.

Switch 2 Pro Controller for paddle shifting in Virtua Racing

I used third party controllers for my switch 1 for a long time so it isn't a big deal to me not being able to press the home button to power on the console but it still weird. I wonder if they can patch this later or there is some weird hardware shit going on. I will end up buying the pro controller 2 in the future anyway just because it seems to have better joysticks and dpad.

I'll get it when theres a nicer looking special edition one, hopefully a legends za one. The black and gray look shitty together

Fuck that, getting this masterpiece instead.

What games are these buttons even going to be compatible for? Will all future titles allow for pro 2 mappable key bindings?

I usually just bind my paddles to sprint or fastforward or someshit

Keep while also gambling on the new one's d-pad. I will then rage at them charging $85 while still not getting it right when the Wii U Pro's d-pad was already perfect.

and i have never used them

Bind the stick clicks to them. You'll thank me later.

I'll buy one but not until it goes on sale, I still have my old pro controller that is still functional.

Can't believe they didn't change the dpad. Pro Controller dpad is fucking awful and they didn't fix it.
Retards

Why wouldn't it be?

Does anyone know if they're through all the priority pre-order registrations yet I signed up only a few days after the direct but I didn't have priority

Sold the old pro for 30€ and buying the new one

It's fine

When are the Chinese going to give us Steam Controllers? Only Horipad has done this so far. I wish everyone would hurry up including 8BitDo I would pay 80$ for one.

Controller audio jack

There'd be a very minor audio delay compared to just wiring directly to the console right?

Bind B and turbo A to them.

You really just want the steam logo on a controller? What's wrong with you?

Old since I have no use for chat and back buttons

yeah i be jacking it

Amy word if you can disable back buttons?

May just keep my Switch pro 1 that looks annoying to keep off of.

I didn't expect the pro controller to work with Switch 2, nice

I finally got the pro controller I always wanted. The xeno 2 one for like 40 bucks brand new. It was always overpriced and got it 2 weeks ago and it's gorgeous in person.
