They are nerfting Stranges damage, and they are increasing Adam's soulbond CD from 30s to 40s, a quite hefty nerf. The small QoL they gave to his Ult Res definitely does not make up for it.

Strange's shotgun and his brap have been nerfed so at most it does 120 damage at full charge though he did get to be a team up anchor so he'll have 700 HP.
But Emma does a lot so it's very possible she'll replace him entirely while he fully becomes a portal bot.

Because they already toned down those ults where they want them. They do want support heal ults to counter damage like they do now, only being countered by peaking supports, pressuring them to pop ults early, or using some sort of high burst or focus fire to kill them.
Not that I'm defending Adam nerfs. It's pretty sucky to nerf his star defensive feature.

He’s dive like Cap, but:
1) Unlike Cap he can combat flying guys. Quite poorly mind you, but it’s better than nothing.
2) He is better at brawling than Cap. So I’d pick him if it looks like I need to dive a little less and punch on more.
3) He has an easier time peeling, since his shield turns his teammates invincible for a couple of seconds.
4) Because of his stun, he has an easier time taking out slippery characters like Jeff and Rocket compared to Cap.
5) His ult is more offensive than Cap’s. While Cap’s keeps him alive longer, Hulk’s can dish out enough damage to effortlessly kill 1 or 2 squishes.

So long story short, he’s cap with more anti air, brawling, peeling, and anti slippery character capabilities, but at the cost of being easier to kill.

The only way I’d accept a walking Charles is if he used those retarded prosthetic legs he had in Wolverine and the X-Men when he was in the future. The fact of the matter is that having broken legs is how majority of people see the character, and ignoring that is like removing Wolverine’s claws. It’s not on.
