Nah, just the rhythm game part is impossibly slow. You go through too many screens each live unlike with any relatively modern rhythm game. The minigames are bad. You get way too little currency, etc. It's still better than the other games including Gakuen though, which really is just a very stupid grindfest.

If you really investigate you'll find that most internet "pedos" aren't actually into children. Project Sekai does a few things right: stamina management and quick live playing. Those two alone make playing it way better than playing Starlight Stage.
