That is why, I am NOT falling for it again

only thing stopping me is Skyrim constantly crashing to desktop once I install more than 2 mods

The problem is fundamentally that the game is still Skyrim, which we've all played 400 times.

I mod/tune-up/overhaul every game I play (if possible), but I've never even touched the porn mods.
My last FO4 playthrough was over a thousand hours, didn't even finish all the quests, I'm currently playing Enderal with like 50 mods & I'm steady in 40th hour in (great game, better than Skyrim), and my Darkest Dungeon playthrough ... well, I haven't beaten that fucker even once, but been playing it for like 9 years now. From a Lovecraftian dungeon crawler I turned it into a femdom hentai grimdark fantasy, worth every minute.
ResE2? Modded.
Fear & Hunger + Termina? Both modded.
Heroes 5? 5.5, baby, just as I've modded Disciples 2 into the 21st century.

But still - no Fallout or Skyrim lewdness ... whatever, modding by itself is fun & every game becomes better. I'd mod 'Look Outside' with a minimap, per example - currently stuck in the apartment maze after the Rat King :/

Adjust the graphics settings to try to get a playable framerate.

Fiddle with the ENB options

Skip through the intro of the game to double check the mods are working. Hint, they aren't

Try to open the mod manager menu to adjust the mod settings. Hint, the mod manager menu is also not working

Spend 30 minutes troubleshooting that to get it working

Spend 15 minutes tweaking the mod settings.

Start a new Game

Actually start playing

See all of the animations within about 2 minutes.

Half of them will be misaligned
