Did you not read the news that most games have not been tested and could potentially have issues? And those that do run will not really be enchanced, only those with a patch will be enhanced, and in many cases those patches will cost money.

Nintendo is currently conducting tests with third-party partnerships to make sure games do work through BC (this even includes Senran Kagura Reflexions, Tokyo Xanadu Ex+, Closed Nightmare from NIS amongst many). They're obviously not going to bother with the actual shovelware trash such as the "Hentai" AI seen on the Eshop though
Most of the slop trash on the eShop is just built in Unity and doesn't push the technology at all.
They flagged "OMG Police - Car Chase TV Simulator" as having a start-up issue though.
