She works perfectly fine outside of Natlan. With C1 even better. I have C1 for both (and Mav) and prefer Varesa over everyone else for getting around because she can launch off cliffs to clear gaps in stride along with running over water which Yelan can't. Mav's pogo tech is slightly faster, but annoying to use.

Even at C0 you can get 3 skills in a row which is plenty along with the other conveniences I mentioned:

Fuck I even gave her the fucking lost prayer for 10% more movement speed to even the odds and still reached 0 stamina at this point

She literally powercreep yelan's dash because she has two of them without rolling C1 and she cooldowns fast enough that you can chain them. Her movement outside Natlan is outstanding and she doesnt get stuck either.
