Odin was a human incarnate of Lorkhan or Shezzarine. He basically had PC powers while being an NPC. He doesn't really have any parallels to any Scandi gods or Christ. While Talos in the overall lore was never very similar to Christ I definitely think they went that direction for Skyrim.
