Player thermal resistance is broken causing nonsense like you insta-dying to things like burners.
Messages when unlocking encyclopedia articles and notes are gone for no reason.
Absolutely busted UI requiring multiple mods to fix or give quality of life like instant tooltips, combining items, disassembling and so on.
NPCs jam guns like crazy and unrealistically making them easy to kill unless you use mods to reduce or stop it.
