I didn't have OCD until my late teens, think the reason I developed that mental illness is because of fucked up childhood I had growing up. Nowadays, my OCD isn't as bad as it use to be. Like I said, the thoughts feel real but they actually aren't. Always do the opposite what your OCD tells you to do because it is lying to you, the more you give into compulsions the worse they get, so whatever you do, don't give into compulsions.

To answer your question, anything that is in-depth enough to distract you. Modern AAA games don't have this, but there are many smaller titles that do. I've been playing TF2 since it came out and it still isn't boring for me. I also play FFXIV but devs recently killed the game due to what I mention below. I am trying to trudge through Oblivion but it seems like normie slop. It's tough finding a new fixation.

"Video games" are no longer video games. They're walking cutscenes. They don't have in-depth gameplay anymore besides copy-paste slop which has no impact on your own trajectory. They are intended for normies who want to be controlled like cattle. I personally have zero interest in normie slop. Every normie slop I have purchased has sat with 10 hours of play time or less.

The Rapists don't care about you, and no one does. It's a dog-eat-dog world. No one cares about us.

My cousin who is autistic can't stop talking about terraria for over 5y and still plays it to this day in hardcore mode.
