Ram(reworked to have even stronger of a kit in S4)/GL/HC/Nago/Sin/Potemkin literally just make you block once and now you're in a safe mix that gives them a wallbreak if you guess wrong

Probably S3? He got few changes in S4 (RC Rin (overhead) doesn't combo, he can charge Fuujin and do another Fuujin) but seems to still be considered strong

His rekka lets him condition you any way he wants, Hop RC gives him fast overheads, spin makes playing neutral against him kinda risky, his buttons are decent to good and can convert at any range with Wild Assault now

Also he has a lot of effective HP, which lets him be pretty comfortable doing stupid stuff
In the right hands, he's very scary to deal with, I don't think his kit has many gaps anymore
