i love my yokai wife Takane Yamashiro! and i love her as is already! but if theres one thing it'd probably having her either wear an eye patch or have her hair obscure one of her eyes so it references how the yamawaro of mythology have only one cyclopean eye

I'd change it so that my wife's game wasn't gachashit. I'd change more but if i'm allowed only one thing then this is the most important one.

My favorite vidya character is the love of my life, Velvet Crowe, from Tales of Berseria!
I'd rebalance the difficulty so you aren't essentially expected to grind on the higher levels. Some of the later dungeons get really tedious because of that, and it's also really easy to lose hours of progress because something stupid happens, like a mob drops from the ceiling as you go to attack another one, which ends up triggering a dangerous encounter and potentially party wiping you.
I'd also include actual cooking minigames because that would be fun. The serving minigame was already a pretty good time.

I’d add logistics. Not like the “logistics” from GFL(1), I mean like actual literal logistics. Transporting supplies back and forth between different outposts or whatever. Kinda like the trading in Assassins Creed 3 or the fleet stuff from AC Black Flag and Rogue. Oh yeah and tell the VAs to work on their snoring ASMR for their sleeping poses in the Dorm. Krolik’s sounds great but there’s a few others that just sound terrible

Depends on the game but in 1, have her followup spell attack targeting the elemental weakness of the enemy instead of it just being a random spell. In 2, drop felonies and bring back statisticians. 3 and 4, drop the forte system and go back to weapon mastery. 5 onward have an actual postgame instead of it all being DLC.

Exedra just needs to give more gems, reduce the cost of pulls, or make the rates better. Also, add home screen megucas like magireco had. I also wish we had a new non-gacha game, there's a lot of potential there being ignored

I was really obsessively autistic about finding everything in dungeons and I was intentionally fighting everything for the resources and gear masteries. It wasn't really the time that I lost that annoyed me as much as the multiple levels, masteries, and drops. I could have just plowed through it after that but knowing all the shit I would be leaving behind just pissed me off.

I'd say my biggest gripe playing it was grind hunting for unique cores. I get they dont want you to suddenly get a bunch of the best weapons/characters, but c'mon, I think I wasted an entire day of my life just getting the last 2.

Personally, more should have been given away as quests or quest rewards, like the twins and house wife.

If I had to change something about her debut game though, I'd like for them to provide a bit more background on just what happened before the game occurred. It's the second game, but it's also a continuity reboot that starts in the middle of the plot and doesn't explain much of what happened prior aside from a handful of minor flashbacks.
Oh, and also more geeking out scenes from my wife since I love those.

Maybe, but there's a justifiable in-universe reason why Bronya (and Mei for that matter) did age and physically changed, whilst Seeles did not.
From a meta perspective, Bolonga and Mei had APHO models for years now so they've just reused that to go along with the time-skip we've had after Part 1. My wife's most recent model, the Starchasm Nyx one is literally 4 years old at this point and they aren't gonna just make a new one for her (at most they can just tweak it slightly for VN sections) unless they also give her a new battlesuit, which ain't happening. They might perhaps do something with her once (or if) the story goes back to being Earth-centric and we get closer to the events of APHO and the ayys.

For me, it's Towa.
And that's simple, I'd make her a party member in every Trails game she appears in instead of being an NPC most of the time.
