Job boards or applying through company websites. Some states have job placement programs that will help you through the process; I know mine has one through the local library. Also keeping an eye out for hiring signs in stores/outside of industrial buildings.

5ish coworkers actually have some smarts, the rest are essentially monkeys that can't do anything unless they are ordered too and shown how
Everyone who works with paper instead of tools at the company hates our guts for some reason
People I meet who don't also work in construction treat us with -10 respect, some of them straight up think that just because they pay my "bills" they are allowed to treat me like a slave
The entire social environment on site is high school tier but with fully grown adults instead of rowdy teens

The only positives is that I don't earn minimum wage and I get a free workout every day, everything else fucking sucks.
The only days I actually feel good about my job is when I work with one of the old timers or coworkers who actually know what they are doing since they are also smart/experienced enough to not act like compete assholes and they can also hold a conversation longer than a few words about anything other than sports, sex or retard tier politics.
