You're thinking of Extermination. Devs basically rushed the 1.0 release and killed it. It's a pretty big shame because it genuinely had a lot of potential. There's a serious lack of games with large co-op groups (it's like every fucking dev is afraid to make a co-op game that supports more than 4 players) and it brought back some pretty fond memories of playing some Source and Goldsrc mods like Zombie Master, Sven Co-op, and Brain Bread as well as 16-32 player custom Killing Floor servers.
