Is there something special about today specifically? I’ve been in a Chicken Little fanfic thread awhile ago but I didn’t know it was some sort of holiday landing on a specific day of the year

People really missing the point of Chicken Little, especially the actual story vs the Disney film. The actual story is a cautionary tale of about the dangers of jumping to conclusions and spreading panic without verifying facts. The Disney movie added the aliens to the mix. Though, he was proven right that something from the sky was dangerous, it wasn't exactly as he said "that the sky was falling". His alarmist fears just coincidentally happen to be justified. Then there's the 1943 film also made by Disney that was about Anti-Nazi film. Not much to say about this. Thought it was funny that the one people are referencing is actually the 2nd time they did Chicken Little. As you can see, even with Chicken Little you can mold to prove whatever you make as well since even Disney did this before.
