From a quick Google search, the oldest version of the Old Testament is the Septuagint, and Codex Sinaiticus is the oldest version of the New Testament. Not sure where you'd find good translations of them though. Also they're usually incomplete as you can see here, they only have like 5 chapters of Genesis
