What gets me is that the ports for Bioshock/2 and Resident Evil 4 are actually WORSE on higher end computers. Bioshock 1&2 for being amazing games you have to do a bunch of specific actions and pray to god that your game doesn't randomly crash from your computer running graphics at a faster rate than the game can physically handle it.

Also it's not like there's a "PC 2" release that reminds you of how old your shit is (yes new GPUs come out regularly but unless you look them up you don't hear about them nearly as much as you would a new console)

every big budget "AAA" game I've played on my PC has had stuttering issues. All except for two: Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart, and Uncharted 4.
Both PS5 ports, both of which don't use Unreal. Both some of the most graphically impressive games ever made, both run at a stable 120 fps on my system with zero stuttering.
If they can do it why the fuck can't any of the other studios do this? Oh right because they use fucking Unreal engine and they don't let you precompile shaders because normies with shitty CPUs don't like waiting.
