Nope. Even the anemic PC specs for CS2 are barely enough to keep the global poor out. If anything I wish it required higher specs to keep more losers out, running on a potato is a negative point nowadays with a globally connected world.

It's a low iq game for low iq players, the skill comes down to how quickly you can stop, point and shoot, beyond that it's memorizing maps/timings and the general pattern of each weapons full auto spray
Yet both are soul crushing once you have virtual reality shooters. Meta Quest 3 is enough.
