What's more likely is whatever updates he did to the model for his refactoring didn't play nice with his original sliders (which would explain the clamping; he wanted to remove the "SFW" clamp but if his new model didn't have exceptions for the flag the game would have defaulted to the SFW clamp) but was later fixed, as shown in the patreon release.

The clamp I'm referring to is a "Limit slider" checkbox you can set in options on the standard steam version of the game. Kiseff is going to remove that option and leave the sliders uncapped by default so he doesnt have to make exceptions for every piece of equipment in the game.

If you want actual updates, Patreon. Pay more.
