Burned skin heals with time, you're not in pain at a certain point. Her wounds have very clearly scarred over by the epilogue of Verso's ending so she's not in pain from that. Same with the lungs, she's gonna have reduced lung capacity and maybe some pain but by the real early 20th century they had painkillers and ways to manage so presumably this magical version of the world has the same or better.
