As someone who has been in county jail multiple times and has numerous friends in prison there's a lot of disinfo in this thread, but the best advice I can give is just don't go to jail. I used to get in all types of legal trouble, but if you act like an adult and don't do stupid shit it's really not that hard to stay out of jail.
With all the complaining people do and think life sucks on here, you'll see how much more it sucks when you've lost your freedom and barely have any rights. Spend enough time in there and you'll realize just how many blessings even those of us with pretty crappy lives have.
