The girl in the OP is only an *associate* narrative designer. Not the lead one.
The guy heading the studio has good resume. He was Vice President of Monolith Games and Warner Bros Publishing. He was there during the development of FEAR, Shadows of Mordor, and Arkham city. So while the VP is really just an executive position, not a creative one. He's still the guy cultivating and directing the team. If we were going to distribute blame for the company's failures, I think we should look at upper management first, and then from there, maybe go down the list of developers. And then if there's still blame to be distributed, maybe then go down the list of associates.
So basically, you putting all of your attention on this one associate is kind of retarded to begin with. But then also using her to suggest that a whole team of black developers failed is just racist.

Actually, the root of the problem was hiring that person in the first place, and let's not pretend this is just one isolated incident. Other game studios have been guilty of starting fights with their own audiences and dividing people on the basis of race and gender for several years.
