Yeah. Game packs get submitted to the official Vinesauce email, and Vinny's vetting team goes through them to see what's acceptable to stream and what isn't. Sometimes Vinny ignores his vetting team and just picks a pack and streams it, because he rarely spends more than an hour before a stream preparing, infuriating his team. The Tron Bonne incident was one such case where Vinny just went "fuck it" and streamed an unvetted pack.
