Not necessarily. Most Overwatch players are on battlenet, which is owned by Blizzard. It's also an original IP and made in a custom engine, so all profits go directly to the company. Marvel Rivals on the other hand has no platform of its own, so it has to give a big cut of all sales to Steam. Then they have to pay a licensing fee to Disney for the Marvel IP, as well as to Epic Games for the Unreal Engine license. Almost every live service game and MMO has their own platform, engine and IP for good reason.

It's easier to go for what others are into, than it is to decide through trial and error what is good and what's not good before university, military service and fighting with others to be a good janny in a chaebol.

Eeeh. In some ways, but in others, fuck no. The off tilt crosshair/shooting position alone is rather inexcusable, especially for a competitive game. I tend to like shooters where when you fire, especially hitscan, you hit where your crosshair is.

No. They took one of my favorite games, shut down the servers, and to this day they haven't rectified that. The sad truth is that blizzard will never do that, they could technically do it, but something about Blizzard's culture as an entity prevents them from saying "we know a lot of people miss Overwatch so we're going to relaunch the game as it was before ow2 while giving minimal-to-no support and keep the focus on the live service of ow2".
