Cats and Lizards are genuinely the best races. Mostly by virtue of the fact that because they're beast races, Bethesda made them weird as fuck, which makes them interesting.

Imperials are Humans, Bretons are Half-Elves, Nords are Nords, Redguard are Muslim.
Altmer are High Elves but yellow, Dunmer are Dark Elves but mushrooms, and Bosmer are Wood Elves but cannibalism.
