Dolls Nest

Are you playing it?

JEHUTY?

1.0.3 patch when...

Just restart bwo

No

leveling disassembly tech doesn't increase ammo from pickups

why?

it gives more cells and items drops, which you can sell for cells, to buy more supplements. that's basically the same thing.
If you want more BP you need to level max BP instead.

true but you only get 8 supplements (including the higher tier ones) before you need to resupply
i guess it does mean enemies drop more supplements

If you're spending more BP than you're earning in weak spot drops then you've got one shitty loadout

where the fuck is the shamalforn thruster (asking respectfully)
ive gone through the level a bajillion times and got every other piece of the set

NO but the biggest pedophile on youtube is right now

Capture1.png - 2750x1429, 3.99M

That's a straight up mistranslation, in Japanese it's the 墓奪 (grave robber) set and it just sounds like she was a a scavenger looking for stuff in the tomb

Between this and the Talking Head line about the dolls nest mentioned in previous threads it seems the translation job's pretty shoddy

with fairly bp efficient weapons and no rear weapons used you can clear entire stages without using any. Having that much room for using whatever the hell you want should be more than enough extra BP.

What's the best way to grind cells anyway?
Bum rushing NG+?

Posted on last thread

It's here

youtu.be/J4oVd2g2MG4?t=856

You need to get Nehma's eye first

On NG+ now, testing to see if any of the quests have interesting interactions, but I suspect they don't.

ALSO POST DOLLS

the visor hides the crazy eyes

there's so many bionic part 8, 9, 10 lying around the end game stages you should have more than enough cells by the end of the first playthrough.
Otherwise yeah they all respawn in ng+ so you can grab them all again

The nip guide lists all the quest endings

Hati can become a hermit, get crucified by the nun, or kill the nun and run away

Vohg can kill Yodo, Yodo can kill Vohg, you can kill either yourself

Tank girl can become a shop or kill herself

Talking head can become a fruit mommy

That's it

the sniper cannon is unfortunately too fun to pass up on
i am using the default AR and silenced shotty which are both pretty self-sustaining though

I bought it to support them but I'm going to wait until it has some updates and the crossover items added to actually play it.

If you saw the same guide I did, it seemed like it had a lot of untested stuff and wasn't sure if anything was being missed. Those are probably all the major options though, yeah, doesn't seem like there's anything else interesting. I'll probably kill Yodo's targets before she gets to them in NG+3 but I assume the game will treat that like Yodo killed them.

Is Scavenger obtained by picking up every collectable, or just filling out the versatile resources page? Icon implies the former...

of course there was a fucking elevator room lol

Waiting until I get time to keep playing it. Ended up finally dying the last time I played, ended up parkouring up some shit and walked into a giant ass room, before promptly getting fucking nuked from across the map by two lazer fucks, think it was in the upturned forest but I'm awful with names.

Scavenger is every versatile resource iirc. You're probably missing the fluffy fruit or bleed resist injection maybe.

Ah yeah, I gave the clean reactor.

I bought it instantly as it released but I haven't started it yet
Based ZoE chad

What PS2 game is that?

speed is life
ive never been good with colours

she's a big girl

Elp is a good girl.

that hanger looks like shit sadly

Flight legs are king. No other mobility unit can compete beyond carry weight.

Still not sure about the black hair and headset though

How much does the melee proficiency actually add to the damage?

file.webm - 1920x1080, 3.92M

I just spent the past 6 hours almost playing it
I'm surprised that I'm enjoying it as much as I am.
I get the feeling that I'm going to end up playing this game for well over 200 hours.

I guess there's no nymph spawn in The Ark after beating the final boss? I certainly can't find one.

you can find it before fighting the boss. I think it was on the way and pretty hard to miss

Obviously I'm not playing this fucking retard pedo game what a stupid fucking question

Your personal stat actually has a greater effect than the headset for melee.

Oh yeah, I do remember there being one before the fact. Makes sense, if you're going to give an option to immediately NG+.

It adds significantly more than the headgear stat.

i like its simplicity
it does look stupid with backweapons though

You've never heard of cities being called concrete forest/jungles?

left tree leads to the upper level of Alqand

middle tree leads to the middle level of Gardina

right tree leads to the lower levels infested with variants

I feel kind of stupid it took me until the second half to realize this.

I was thinking I might adjust some colors a bit, but this is what I've settled on for now. Also I hate that the calrog legs have such bad jump, otherwise I'd be using them instead.

in 1080p

Gimme a hug, man.

Is there any kind of hint about this? The only way I see someone organically finding it is if they explore this area with the huge turret on the other side still active.

There's the one way door next to it, but it's a pretty bad hint yeah.

Get first reverse chicken legs

Finally expect to go around jumping like a drugged up grasshopper

Equip and try it out immediately

Jump is a pathetic hop from a lethargic rabbit

Check leg stats, it actually has really shitty jump stats

Well that threw me off a bit.

Yeah instead they have really EP efficient/cheap jumps. Also decent handling and carry weight I guess.

They have by far the lowest jump cost THOUGH.

The point is you can spam jumps much better due to it's super low energy cost. Plus good handling and weight.

it doesn't even break the wall
I think it does do a little bit of damage but it's not any better than shooting it yourself

I haven't really encountered any enemies yet that requires more technical mastery of the game. But if an option like this exists, then I assume this game brings back the ancient autism of bunnyhopping from the PS2 era AC games as a very viable strategy?

I know jumps are the best way to juke that one fuckin sniper mook down a hall in front of a door in The Ark.

Never bothered customizing the doll since the white hair look already suits the robot girl aesthetic

See that there is a hot wheels stump leg type

Okay, fine I'll fucking do it.

Jumps reset momentum, so you can't do weird stuff like that.

I remember an elevator that passes one of those red walls that you need the right eye to pass through.
Where was it at? I can't remember at all

theres one in the upturned forest, through the shortcut door thats ahead of you across the little bridge when you go up the ramp from the spawn tree

Near the end of upturned forest.

upturned forest. Through the door shortcut near the start but go up instead of in the hole

I'm surprised I haven't seen more people complaining about this actually. Boosting along and then jumping and immediately losing all your speed feels awful
also while I'm bitching it's a bit sad that there's no little height boost when you start hovering, I'm used to it now but for the first couple hours I was constantly expecting to just barely make it onto a ledge by starting a hover for the little boost and then just drifting slowly down past it.

I'm playing NG+ and as I was reexploring the starting area, I found a solid wall that was partially glowing red when I was close to it. I walked right thru it and found pic related. In the chest is a fabricated entry key in the shape of an eye. It mentions the godslayer so I'm guessing it has something to do with Alqand.

Funnily enough, you'll be the second anon that makes Shiragay.

Thanks anons!

what's the fucking point of snipers having 12x zoom if they can't shoot anywhere near far enough to need it?

i dont know

Because you don't have binoculars.

I fucking HATE the depths and I fucking HATE the boss of the depths.

Armored Core, duh.

top levels: religious nutjobs

middle levels: team deathmatch

bottom levels: blighttown

Is there even a decent place for average Nymphs to live?

armored core is a ps1 game

lol no

Chill in the ruins of Arvud with Nemah.

I used the laser sniper a bit in the upturned forest to snipe the annoying flyers, and it throws me off that the beam isn't hitscan so you actually need to lead the target. Eventually I just decided it wasn't worth the weight and BP cost over just shooting them with my beam rifle.

my house

I find the 3 shot physical sniper a lot better for general use.

This but MY house. No one's allowed to wear clothes.

Where can I find the stealth utility? I need it to go cloaking around and deleting unwanted enemies

These legs seem to give people the same idea.

That belongs to Yodo.

it's kinda shit desu, but kill the investigator or deliver bionic parts 9 and 10 to vorg in the upturned forest and wait for her to do it for you, you can only deliver one part for each map load so just quit to menu and continue after each delivery

I don't know if it's intentional or not but letting Vorg do the job for you only gets you Yodo's weapons, not her frame.

How do utilities work anyway? Each utility part seem to have a unique ability of sorts, but I'm too retarded to notice if its a passive thing, or if it's something that you activate a trigger for.

Isn't Yodo just using the long range starter frame anyway?

been a little too busy with other stuff to dedicate proper attention to Dolls Nest, but tomorrow and thursday i will play the shit out of it

default keybind is G. There are a couple passives as well.
Look at the item in your inventory instead of the equip screen to get a better description of the ability.

I'm 20 hours in and didn't know this
I've just been equiping what looks cool

I think she sets up a shop afterwards and sells parts

no, it's a different set
at least the one she drops is different

If you want to kill Yodo for her frame parts via story progression you don't repair Vorg and just snitch. Yodo will then fight you later on.

So since this is a Nitroplus work, does it veer more on hopekino or depressionkino?

Isn't that Gill-Veil?

So what is pic related actually used for?

keyitem.png - 572x523, 183.23K

its the ng+ version of mommys right eye so you dont need to wait to get it to go through the red doors

sequence break red doors

it looks cool but the deranged anime slop is a huge turn off sorry

yeah, you're right, I'm retarded

it's mommykino until you're forced to betray her

okay Kirsche it's time to stop denying your love for synthler

So are the upcoming collab parts just largely be aesthetics, or will weapons be included? Because I will be disappointed if equipping Demonbane stuff doesn't give me the ability to facepalm small suns into the enemy.

I played it, did about 3 or 4 bosses and got kind of annoyed at the lack of progression beyond switching up gear, actual level ups are way too stingy, there's no feeling of getting stronger

maxed out melee stat doubles damage

It's not a numbers go up game.
It's a find 20 different guns where 3/4 of them are gimmicky shit game.

just using the Arrowhead for most of the game so far

It's a bit boring, but it just fucking werks.

switch to high mobility frame and backstab weapons or you're gonna have a bad time with BP efficiency

Eat your supplements anon, theyre good for you

You vill eat ze cookies.

For me, it's the Gladius.
I haven't been able to circle to the back of some later enemies despite being light and mobile, at least in terms of melee range.

just let them blow their load one time and they cant move for a bit

My favorite chudtuber SYNTHETIC MAN was just streaming this
What are the odds?

Can you hold off from going to NG+ after beating the game? I want to buy out the shops first.

switch to high mobility frame

I've been using a Kuramitsu mix already, worked out for the most part so far, overextended once and bit it but otherwise it's not so bad.

yeah it gives you the option to postpone and do it at the spear

*Cough*

haven't eaten any caloriemate

i don't think she's gonna make it guys

thanks for the fucking spoiler!!!!!! nigger!!!!!!!!!!!

bruh the game's like 13 hours long at most

anyone got a list of nymph locations, I need more brain soups

wait till you find out you can charge some melee blades by holding LMB and the katana from the twins actually deals more damage depending on your speed at the time of the slash

I'm at 30 hours and still in NG.

cute tight nymph buttes
or
big fat nymph dumptrucks

Maybe if you speedrun the main story and using the default loadout, there's a lot of time that can be spent hunting for secrets, playing dressup and experimenting with new loadouts.

Depressionkino, or at least really bleak. Mankind is dead and the nymphs are a doomed since they constantly fight and can't create new queens, they're pretty much slowly eradicating eachother.
Meanwhile the variants in the lower layer very much don't seem to have the same issue so they'll probably win at some point and wipe out the remainder of nymph colonies if they end up expanding upwards.
There's a chance that Nehma could 'fix' things but she very much doesn't seem like the type to do it.

Since energy to make bullets comes from the nymph's body, all nymphs are chubby to stock up on energy for war.

Does this game have a good ending? I don't want to play sad games with bad endings, life is painful enough. If it have glimpse of good in the end, I'm in.

So you're telling me that I can't punch away the bleakness and hopelessness of the universe with the power of mechas, loli and an earnest wish for a better tommorow?

004.jpg - 1280x1892, 391.25K

No amount of punching can bring back humanity. If we're speaking about Nymphs, it entirely depends on whether Nehma can stop being ass hurt enough to make Nymphs that aren't murder hobos.

you just need to give her a hug

Huh, she really is quad-wielding.
Should I kill her?

If you have her set already (or are going to loop to get it), sure.

So, how's the game ending?

water striders are BULLSHIT

Sis? Your sniper cannon? Your cookies?

You can't fix the world but you can give some NPC quests a good end.

Nehma will return the world to its rightful position, trust the plan.

How did Gardina win against Gypro-Verde when nearly all item descriptions indicate they were getting their shit pushed in hard?

The Gypro-Verde parts talk about Gardina eventually winning.
But it can be inferred from Gardina's battle tactics that their frontal assault with similarly heavy frames was just a smokescreen for their infiltration units.

gypro got VARIANT'd

Some combination of having their queen assasinated, and prior to that, burning all their resources making the bravmund5 set and bigger guns rather than replacing their losses while gardina was wearing them down with their desperate tactics.
Gypro-verde effectively just didn't have enough armed frames to cover all their enemies too, since they have to also defend from the upper and lower levels too.

(me)
updated, we're ac130 mode now

Worst part is that the scope isn't centered, you'll always shoot towards the side you have it mounted on, seems to vary based on how wide your hanger is too, With Shamalforn hanger I have to aim about half the reticle to the side for it to hit.

Is that the heavy assault rifle?

no thats the ganzganz1, the yolganz2 is the minigun

Where can you get those frame parts?

There's a decent list on Steam forums that will narrow down your search, remember, 1 per area after killing the boss.

Where pile bunker?

Bridge

Man, I really don't like the Fault. Is the area after that cancer as well?

thanks doc

wings

pretty cool if I wasn't cucked by weight.

Anyhow is there any other rear arm or non melee weapon that you can charge up besides the LindGolm artillery? Seems like the first good rear weapon I found, wondering if I missed any with the same mechanic and I cba to check one by one

file.jpg - 2560x2880, 3.65M

hahaha

Thanks!

Depends on your range and mobility. And your PC.

It's bleaker than dark souls

I mean muramasa is literally holding a katana there and the game literally lets you use two pistols at the same time like demonbane does

Given how the place starts to collapse when you hug her isn't that literally just giving her the eye so she can kill everyone and reset everything like she wanted?

Depends. Did you enjoy the shrine of amana in das2?

What about shrine of amana but the enemies all waterskate around so you can't even snipe them?

Killed my first NPC Nymph

It was Calrad, who kept begging for her life throughout the whole thing

Feels bad man.

Also, unless I'm getting something about the lore of Nymphs wrong and unless there's some big reveal later on, someone tell me what is the point of mass produced military robots having emotions like fear.

Turbocancer then, got it. Wonder if I can just bumrush my way through it when I get to it, as far as I know there aren't really any real penalties for dying besides losing cells, and if I'm not killing shit in the first place I could just keep doing suicide runs until I find a path I suppose.

It's really nowhere as bad as shrine of amana if you can fly

Just don't use a tank build and it's real easy, you can even sequence break it to hell and back.

They used to be more like mindless automatons but they evolved/mutated to mimic humans more.

Nymphs arent mass produced weapons to fight a war per se, not anymore, theyre made in a mimicry of natural selection to survive and emerge victorious in conflicts, self preservation is pretty conducive to that and allows you to come up with plans beyond suicide.

Ask Nehma

It's honestly not as bad as the fault, there's nothing as bad as the enemies with the slow homing bullets that can make 60% of your life bar evaporate in upturned/fault

What you really ought to dread is the tomb of the giants/gutter area, but if you buy 100 light items and throw them at the ceiling every 10 meters it becomes piss easy

Don't bother with the light drone backpack, it's fucking useless

where the fuck is the shamalforn thruster? do you find it in some red gate later or what?

Yep, optional red gate in an elevator shaft in upturned forest.

npc nymph can talk?

iirc No, there's a few weapons that have a short charge period before they fire, but none that can be held to increase damage like the lindgolm. And yeah it is kind of ridiculously good of a weapon though the BP cost per weapons.
Nymphs are likely a form of variant depending on how you want to interpret Nehma's statement if you ask her about Variants, hence why they're evolved in a sense. It's worth noting that the biped variants in the lower levels may also express something akin to fear since they go into a panic evade sprint when low on HP, unlike pretty much any of the other automata.

Is it possible to check item's description in customization menu? Going through a loading screen and back to check it in inventory is really fucking annoying.

No.
prease understand

bro there are entire quests you can only do by talking to npcs

not only have to go through two loading screens but also sprinkle occasional Fatal Error in between

FUCK

dying.gif - 400x282, 1.91M

Just memorize the weapons.

yes
though it crashes occasionally when I go to the load out screen
Otherwise it's very fun.
Doll joints erotic.

Why did you give her this ridiculous body

Just memorize the weapons.

Not them, but it'd be a hell of a lot easier if half of them weren't named like some kind of autogenerated gamertag.

Why wouldn't I? More hips and less waist = more gooder.
I changed it later

What the fuck, the twins DO have a quest, you give them an item and they make you a unique katana (sabi)

Now I'm starting to suspect that Elp has a quest too

they also get significantly more chuuni when you talk to them

I actually just got that one myself.
It's rather underwhelming.

So is it one of those things that get super busted if you upgrade it all the way to the end, or is it just for the NOTHING PERSONNEL KID larp playstyle?

What the fuck? What item is this?

it's the best melee weapon

Its damage scales with movement speed. Living out your iai draw weeb fantasies is what it excels in. You need good timing to maximize damage.

I mean what item do you give to the twins and where do you get it?

It gets pretty good and assuming you use it properly (You want to be moving at max speed, i.e. using a thrust, there's a half second delay before it deploys after you 'fire' it that is optimal for doing this) it can get very respectable damage with a very short cooldown. The reach is also somewhat vertical so against a few bosses you can jump and clip them on the upswing. I think the most I've gotten out of it is 40k or so on a weakspot, so it won't quite do as much against bosses per hit as the pile for example but tends to one hit everything else and has a short cooldown. The actual swing doesn't drain any resources either so you're not likely to accidentally overheat by using the last of your energy on a swing.

Twin Cocoon Item from the Arboreal Nest area.

It's from a room near the top where you need to do some platform fuckery to get to.

Twin cocoon from the aboreal nest, it's in the central area and you'll need to jump down to it from above since it's not directly linked to any other areas with the paths like most the other rooms.

A weabooman playthrough actually sounds pretty cool.
So from what I'm getting here, the speed scaling is based on the current velocity, so basically do a thrust + draw the blade for max damage? Assuming of course you hit whatever you're aiming at.

feet/sex

cute. literally me a couple hours ago

Is this a glitch? There's this invisible lock on that's there for a split second but no enemy there.

file.png - 1506x1303, 1.31M

Yes. It solved itself for me upon restarting the game.

god I love coooollecting

Where is that optional red zone you see in elevator?

I've been told Hati (the pilgrim you meet in the cavern) can show up there but that step is optional for her questline

optional

Yes there are optional red barriers that contain loot.
Upturned Forest, if you have the mushroom teleports unlocked take the right one that leads into a small room, hug left and run past all the enemies to the red-light elevator, it's in there about halfway down.

GAR sniper cannon bros, what're you rocking for your other rear weapon and primary arms? I am attached this glorious gun but haven't really fallen in love with anything else yet.

I want to dual wield but it's too short range.

I like the Senpaitachi as they have high close range damage. I also use some assault riffle.

Speaking of the Upturned Forest teleport, where is that second teleport leading to? Can't be behind the red door.

One teleport to the elevator in the middle, one teleport almost to the highest point of the location.

Fighting annoying floating niggers in Upturned Forest with small lockbox headset made me truly realize how much of a wasted potential AC6 is with its lobotomized FCS mechanics.

noth.jpg - 1280x720, 66.6K

How do you reach the highest point?

you take the elevator

Just by following the only main path normally, I really don't know how else to describe it. The highest point of the elevator in the shaft of which the red gate is hidden. The teleport is not far from there.

it's between the first one and the red door elevator. When you enter that building at the top of the level it's in a dead end around a corner

Are there any bubble guns that are anywhere near the level of damage that the enemy bubble guns are? There's can one shot you whilst the ones you get seem to do shit all

Got legs for days

file.png - 2104x1659, 3.89M

I really hate these late game enemies with obscene amounts of heath. Like hundreds of thousands that require several mags of even the most maxed weapons. And they're just regular enemies.

Hype boss vocal music starts

It's just a bad day at the Fedex office

Where am I supposed to be going in The Bridge where you go through all the little areas with numbers on them? I go into 6 yet I can't find anyway to get further, there's an elevator but it doesn't go to anywhere

Do not fear, for I am with thee. Thou shalt not leave until I permit thee.

paradiselost.png - 807x678, 772.55K

Cute!

I didn't have this issue at all
have you considered accepting the pilebunker into your life?

punch.mp4 - 976x550, 3.95M

AC tard here, is this game actually good?

It does slightly less damage than my spear and it takes longer to attack and has a weirder hitbox.
I have fully upgraded both.

The problem with adding in-depth exploration is that of course you'll want the loadout that gives you the most speed and mobility options i.e. big jumps and long hover times. So in a first playthrough where you're still searching every nook and cranny for all the items you can build your doll with, you'll be more or less stuck with the Kuramitsu set.

Using anything else will actively gimp your exploration and make the game slower.

Potato GOD is the best melee weapon THOUGH.

I assume there's a better spear than kanzashi? or does it just have insane stat growth?

Where do you find that wing-like back part?

I get those all the time. Also targeting dead enemies again.

On that note, there's multiple rights that have stuff in them that I completely missed at first.

kuramitsu

not shamalforn legs

what...?

that said I just finished the 3rd zone and really wanna change up now. The jump ability is such an annoying stat cause legs dont necessarily jump higher just cause its higher

Shamalform work just as well, wing-type legs in general are just the best in terms of aerial mobility.

Where the fuck is that

It certainly helps to know the second time around how much of 2-3 I can skip due to it just being long-winded paths for more useless item pickups.

This is embarrassing but the right shoulder button on my gamepad is broken. Can I play this game without it or am I gonna need a new controller?

that same area, the ark
it's the final area but you can explore the whole thing before opening up the final boss.

Use a Keyboard.
Alternatively, just don't use a Right Rear Weapon.

big fat nymph belly please

On review, it actually has slightly higher damage than sabi, though lower pierce power (which in my experience just means sabi does less damage)
There's a lot of stuff I don't get one hit kills on with sabi that I always get with the Kanzashi.

Uhhh
I think so? The game lets you change the shoulder button/trigger mappings in the loadout screen. You might not be able to use two rear weapons worst case, but they all kind of suck anyways and almost any situation when you'd want one you're bringing one and only one anyways.

does the spear have the same ability as sabi where it does extra damage based on your current movespeed when the attack hits?

Nta but shamal legs are easier to miss, iirc they're pretty restrictive load wise for not that much better manuverability too. But its moreso just that shamal are harder to find and someone may explore other zones before upturned forest.

It's a PS2 era (Nexus-LR) Armored Core game except instead of missions, the whole game is a fuckhuge souls dungeon and the mecha is 200% more fuckable.

Is she supposed to be the mechsmith that betrayed tankgirl's nest?

Don't all of them work that way?

How do you get to the other side of this thing? The one in the back behind one of those jumping shotgun enemies.

do they? I thought that was unique to sabi

No, shes the mechsmith that betrayed Nehma and caused the downfall of arvuud (and in concept screwed all the nymphs since making new queens is effectively impossible without some form of intervention by nehma it seems).

it doesn't block the whole pipe. Just jump over it

kill him, there is no other way

There may have been way in from outside but I don't remember. Alternatively just jump over it and make distance so it doesn't explode on you.

game has long straight hair that clips through everything

game doesn't have long twintails that wouldn't clip through nearly as much

It's not fair...

Backshots my dude, anything that looks armoured from the front is hella weak from behind, including the Ark enemies. And yes, get a melee weapon like the other anon said.
Nope, just the one spear, it's great though, doesn't have POTATO GOD's raw dmg, but it has the best range and fast use-time.
I used the thermal sniper for the helicopter, I ditched rear weapons entirely, sometimes I grab 2x FALG if I really want a little extra burst. Posting main build that I've rocked through NG+, I should really try out more main guns but a lot of them have shit BP efficiency or hit like a dry pool noodle.
The intended way is a backdoor pipe that you can jump down into to get to the back of that area, but yeah, just jump over them.

you'll want the loadout that gives you the most speed and mobility options i.e. big jumps and long hover times.

correct

Kuramitsu set.

lmao you're retarded

No but I'm interested. Is it fine on controller?

It's preferable on controller imo due to turn speed limits existing.

Go back and set bust to 0 if you want that file name to make sense.

What in the FUCK is wrong with mechsmiths?

4 arms but no dicks to stroke, so they go crazy.

Nice. I'll be sure to get it once it goes on sale.

What kinds of weapons have you enjoyed the most thus far?

Beam SMGs just werk for the most part. But now that I have almost all the weapons, the heavy assault rifle has been nice.

Abandon exploration. Embrace fashion and rear arms kino

file.jpg - 2560x1440, 1.86M

I just learned that you can charge a weapon fully, swap to your other weapon and it will keep the charge.

Actually I'm not sure if it actually keeps the charge, it didn't do as much damage.

what are the rewards for the talking automaton head? which's best and which reactor should I give?

I know that if you hold the lindgolm charge too long they become uncharged, but the bar is still blue and has the particle effect.

they all kind of suck anyways

I haven't tested a lot of weapons yet, but this thing is "you didn't beat the game" level of brokenness. Three rounds per clip, fast rate of fire, and it kills all the fat quad-legged robots and nymphs in two shots, and like 6-9 shots on bosses.

Is it possible to set your other primary weapon to the shoulder buttons if you don't have any rear weapons in that slot?

Each body gives a different weapon but I forget which is which. Give the moldy reactor, if you give it the good reactor it just blindly gets itself killed immediately for basically zero reward.

Very confusing. I hugged mommy Nehma and we died together, I think.

Doing a cosplay of a certain girl who fights mechs in her game. Not gonna lie, this works pretty good. Though on boss fights or tougher fights, I switch to the XXX-Shilis to emulate the electrothermal cannon

Using this and the god stake on the final boss was so funny.

I cant fucking see shit holy who the fuck thought this is a good idea

sidenote is there supposed to be some find around the dropdown that leads to an elevator? Im pretty sure I lit the whole place up and couldnt see shit there, maybe some pistol earlier or whatever that was?

Found a second elevator with a side passage in the shaft. Never relax.

Great forest is a slug shotgun. It's quite a bit slower than the thermal version with similar damage stats so it seems quite a bit worse than that one. Seems a bit too weak to really use.
Water treatment is a thermal smg tesla gun that shoots little lightning bolts. Short range and instant bullet travel time but does no damage. And I don't mean "it's bad damage" I mean "dump a full mag of 35 bullets and do 1800 damage total". It's completely unusable. Looks cool at least.
I haven't gotten the accumulation zone one myself yet but I heard it's a grenade launcher than inflicts corrosion. Sounds pretty strange and presumably just as bad as the other options.

Too busy staring at my loli-bot's ass during elevator rides to notice such things.

Yep! It’s Snezhinka. I like how simple yet distinct her design can get. Now where can I get those electrothermal strips that they often have? And what other stuff I can get to complete the cosplay? Especially if you can get energy weapons that can replicate the weapons they carry, alongside the usual stuff like rear weapoms.

Decided to test the -Ganz weapons out, really heavy and hard-hitting with long reloads, sound great to fire, the GanzGanz1 AR felt nice to use, the VolGanz2 LMG however, holy shit the DPS, I think I found a big upgrade to my Clew. I forgot to test the Ganz shotty, dang.

seriously what the fuck is the point of this weapon? Yeah this is only the level 1 version of it but most other guns at level 1 still do a noticeable amount of damage to these guys.

thanks.
The weapon balance is so weirdly ass in this game.

LMAO

you just know some autist is going to use this to beat the game and upload it to yt

The description says that it ignores barriers so you at least wouldn't have to worry about not being able to beat out enemy regeneration. But I have to wonder if you even have enough BP to kill everything with it. Just this normal enemy looks like it would take 5000 bp to kill.

No aim penalty, 30k velocity for a 2k range weapon, fast reload, also bypasses Barrier, gimmick weapon.

it doesn't do enough damage to even be called a weapon. It's a toy.

Nevermind, the VamdGanz4 shotty has really shit firerate and even fully upgraded it's worse than every other stock shotgun, these devs can't balance guns for shit.

I definitely need to do some dual-wielding in NG+. Are there any changes in NG+ other than the red door shortcut and presumably giving enemies more health/damage?

What frame should I use for the purposes of spelunking?
Right now I'm basically just zooming around with the Kuramitsu set

What is the Potato God?

Rocket legs.

The wing launcher is so god damn cool.

Why does this one room after the Fault boss completely tank the framerate? I had to drop the resolution way down just to make it playable. It went back to normal as soon as I got off the elevator to the next area.

pilebunker, you'll know when you see its model name

Shamalforn legs and epona booster (or just whatever booster you have with as much air boost as possible) will get you basically anywhere the game will allow you to go, the only intended area they have trouble with is the room in hanging city with an item on top of a smokestack, but you can maneuver yourself up there still if you hop on one of the wall lights.

Rocket legs can get up up higher which can get you to the odd out of bounds area you weren't intended to go but there's not much point and the extra glide distance from shamal's higher airspeed is better at getting to such places further out from the intended path anyway

I'm tempted to get the game but the combat seems really floaty and loose.
