Most pros play using low sensitivity and need a large mousepad. It's what allows them to make those small adjustments while still being accurate. Making small adjustments with high sensitivity is more difficult.

Anons being a fag, most people play at 800dpi. You need a mouse that supports dpi switching and the software tied to it, like my Logitech G102 had it's own software for altering it.

Also under mouse properties in W10, in the pointer options tab, I go at 6/11 on the pointer speed setting and have Enhance Pointer Precision off since that's basically mouse acceleration built in.
