It's a gimmick boss, it kills itself after 12 turns so you don't even have to do any damage to kill it but it gets +2 attacks per turn so the last turn is a chain of 25 hits to dodge. The gap between hits stays the same so it's pretty easy once you get the rhythm.

I did not know that. I just killed it after it's first turn. I challenged it as soon as it was available, but saw the numbers and just walked away, came back during Act 3 after forgetting it existed and took it out in a couple seconds.
