You don't need more.

take the saarpill

algorithm mind

Looks okay, any downsides to this logitech controller instead of using native console controllers?

symmetrical analogs

lmao is that year 2012?

insane deadzone

shitty dpad

mushy triggers

I don't understand. A few dollars more can get you a mediocre 8bitdo controller that still feels better.

NOTE: Usage at depths below 10,000 ft is not supported.

It breaks on its own with light use
t. gone through 3 and bought an 8bitdo myhm4

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA! WHY IS THAT SONG LOOPING?!

Since the Titanic ghosts have 5 new ghost friends, what do you think they're talking about?

Wrong model you trendy memeniggers.

Reminder
The controller survived that.

I hate how, whereas on Xbox a controller can time out and turn off after 10 minutes of inactivity or whatever, the PS5 and DualSense don't even have an option for this. If the console is on then the controller will also stay on until it dies. As if it's intended to wear out the battery and need replacing sooner

Is this the perfect controller?

The dpad is ok but still worse than any PS dpad. Otherwise yes, I like it a lot.

You don't need more.

hold the ps5 button on the controller for 10 seconds and it's off.

ps5 controller is perfect for PC gaming but I know these things aren't built to last unfortunately.

I don't need more.

I remember buying a PS1 controller, and then using a Chinese adapter to play my emulated games on PC.

But the installer that comes with the adapter is detected as a virus because it's from China.

I left the PS1 controller back at my parent's house. I wonder if it's there.

Yes I know you can manually shut it off, but there's no good reason for it not to also have the ability to shut off on its own if it's been set down and forgotten about for a while

Handheld gaming controllers evolved faster than keyboard and mouse because the military had the biggest budget and had already developed the best controller stick systems to use in tanks and aircraft’s.

how are both of those pads compared to 8bitdo ultimate?

I don't understand Logitech shills.

It does have that

for me it's the 8bitdo ultimate 2

It breaks on its own with light use

I bought mine 20 years ago and it's still doing fine, no issues whatsoever.

cheap

reliable

will probably outlive you

It's just a nice controller to have around.

Stop being a retard

Correct, I need less. Get rid of that shitty cable.

that's an old version
also i do need the option to buy a version where both sides are face buttons, instead of the shitty dpad nubbin on the left side

lmao

Dualsense with a circular microswitch d-pad, TMR sticks, hall triggers, and at least 2 back buttons would be the perfect controller

just use an Xbox Controller you indentured servant, its literally plug and play

why did they stop making this one?

If I'm going to upgrade I'm going to get a controller with a decent dpad

I had the older model that didn't have the black rubber sidegrips and it gave out on me after about 7 years. Got the new model and had it about two years with no issues yet. In between I got an Xbox controller and after about six months I was getting unbearable amounts of phantom inputs.

it's basically the same thing. there's literally a switch on the back of the actual one to use THIS controller's drivers.

I had one of those wired ones long ago, it performed very decently for the price and even the d-pad, while not amazing, is better than it looks. But it died after only a few months without any mistreatment.

No reason to get one in this day and age with far more competition in the low-budget controller space.

This controller honestly pisses me off since it nigh exclusively exists as a result of the cancer that was xinput to PC gaming.

Basically the only controller option you had if you didn't want to use a 360 controller for most games

Symmetrical layout

Built like fucking shit

Every part that should be standard for maitenance: Thumbstick caps, dpad, buttons, thumbstick modules are all completely nonstandard so the controller is basically totally unrepairable
