I really don't get why people complain about this part, it's not even the hardest part of the game. Is it harder on that shitty GC controller on something?

I remember this room but not it being some difficulty spike, I think the only thing I struggled on my Professional run was the second Krauser fight for some reason.
Then again I played the PS2 version and I heard that it was easier than the GC.

Enemies spawn more, and their AI completely changes to be more aggressive and run farther/faster. If you have problems with ammo, you just suck. The game intentionally strings you along with handgun drops, just learn to crowd control, you retard.

Maybe this is because I played on PC with a keyboard but I honestly found this part rather fun. It was a good challenge to juggle a bunch of swarming enemies and trying to not get overwhelmed while also dealing with the shield enemies.

This part was always when I took my break after playing from New Game until now. Not the first save, but the first time I decide to stop playing and come back fresh.

The punisher pistol that you get from the blue medallion sidequest trivializes the whole castle section, because it bypasses the shields that they're carrying and allows you to perform melee moves on them. Especially if you aim for their legs and do a sweeping roundhouse kick on groups that are huddled together.

This game already has had achievements since it was first ported to 360 years ago retard. Retro achievememts is for older games.

RetroAchievements aren't bad in theory and tying them in with emulators is awesome, but the fact that the achievement lists are insanely long and full of tryhard bullshit ruins it.

I've done it. It was like 8/10 hard. Lengthy though and requires multiple playthroughs, maybe 3 minimum depending on how hard you go. I think I did it in four. The mercenary ones are manageable also. Neckbreaker ballot some people bitch about but I didn't find it to be bad at all. Make sure to do the separate ways ones from a file that hasn't done them at all because they're coded strangely and I think the 4th and 5th ones won't pop if you don't do it from a file that hasn't done them yet.

I've finished this game like ten times. Beat the remake 6 or 7 times.
I was thinking about reinstalling the original because I've done everything in that game except beat all the shooting galleries.
I think I'm going to start a new game tomorrow and finally do it. Holy fuck, RE4 is so awesome. You can just play it again and again
