E33 doesn't kill action rpgs, it makes sure that turn based games now play more like action rpgs. This will be a Hollow Knight moment where an entire genre is transformed. After Hollow Knight, metroidvanias became 2D Soulslikes and I'm fairly confident that's how this situation plays out where turn based RPGs will all be parry games in 4 or 5 years.
