As far i remember, on intel IGPUs its the same shit OpenGL or vulkan, unless you're playing something that compile shaders, then it's faster.

Maybe on chips with the new driver, hasvk is incomplete and partially broken.

DXVK has lower cpu overhead than wined3d. Gallium Nine is broken on intel.

Only the sacred chosen one thread (the one that created the context) may communicate with it.
Vulkan is a gangbang of API access.

But on the end of the day, to actually send the processed data to the OpenGL, it need to funnel into single thread again.
