Toyota war for irl orkish shenanigans

Making a game out of the Yugoslav Wars would been as tasteless as making a game about The Troubles. You'd probably get a legit threat directed at you making either.

World War 2 is the most important war in history because it's when the goyim sealed their fates.

How is it any less tasteless than games about mowing down towns' worth of germans/russians/arabs?

Jewish backed Civil War in Germany 1918 - 1919

Nobody is going to defend Nazis and Commies except incels on Anon Babble.

Nazis are actually quite popular on tiktok, twitter, and instagram now.

wars from the Interwar period(spain, Germany, Polish-Bolshevik war)

Chinese Warlord period

Mercenaries in Congo

Yugoslav WW2 theatre

Nobody is going to defend Nazis

can you make american propaganda out of it? if so, yes

Literally any war that doesn't involve the US.

Polish-soviet war would be like BF1 loadouts but it would be actually accurate, since both sides are just buying whatever the hell they can get their hands on from anybody. A meta reason why it'd be kino is because the online playerbase would actually be "tradcath chuds vs commietroons" and they would hate eachothers guts. It's also the last gasp of cavalry and horse combat, as far as I know.

American civil war

Yugoslav Wars

war

Glorified unrest where thugs brutalized civilians, it boggles my mind how they could tell each other apart.

Ottoman-Venetian war of 1570. Anything with Ottomans would be fun to see. Those fuckers were always fighting wars.
Tasteless because it happened in modern times, fought in a very nasty and modern way same as Ukraine?
Great ideas! Congo would be pure kino, shame nobody will ever dare to touch it. Angola is even better.

What about a tactics (Fire Emblem or FFT style) game set in one of the fascist revolutions? Weimar or the Biennio Rosso in Italy. Or the Years of Lead for something more modern.

The 17th century is an untapped goldmine for great storytelling that is almost never used outside of autistic map painting strategy games. Certain places like the HRE, Polish-Lithuania, and Ireland became downright apocalyptic. I think a big part of this is the question of "how do you make an individual matter in the year of pike n shotte warfare?" You don't see irregularly organized troops and small units as much as you see it in medieval and late modern periods, and matchlock muskets are incredibly slow to use, even compared to later flintlocks.

Of course, you don't have to make "war" games set in the period, just have conflicts be the backdrop for more survival or espionage type gameplay.

Years of Lead

That would require a GTA-like game since it involved more assassinations terrorrist atacks espionage and Outside forces (be it Italy or CIA/KGB)

People are literally gaming out the Russo-Ukraine war in Arma right now

Why were serbs wasting ammo on a watertower

the duality of Anon Babble

All of those events would be good for a GTA type game but especially the YoL yeah.

pic

Based

Important city

Water tower is a sticing out point good for reconeisance

Shell it so the enemy does not have any high ground

Vukovar was a pretty nasty battle
Pic related caption reads

The Yugoslav flag hangs outside destroyed buildings in Vukovar to mark the Serb victory

Pregnant woman holding a child was inside it

meant as an answer to

The RaHoWa

The reason is pretty simple: NATO/UN were the bad guys in this conflict.

Serbs can only fight unarmed civilians and flee like rats at the second an actual army walks in their direction, leaving behind their women, children and elderly.

Israel is the only based nation that actively targets and kills UN troops by accident and gets away with it too.

The Punic wars.

Don't downplay them, anon. They've put up massive resistance in Banovina in Oluja and devastated Croats in Operation Una. They were good when they actually fortified. The problem is their morale was always low and they were starved out, poor and backstabbed by Milošević.

UN dutch battalion

follows their rules of engagement to the letter

does literally fucking nothing except take guns away from civilians and then watch them get genocided

serbs learn to just ignore blue helmets because they won't do shit

Dutchbat cucks are pulled out, Nordbat is brought in

recieves their instructions from the UN, decides they are gay and retarded, "nah, I'd shoot"

brings Leopard tanks and kills 150 serbs with them in an operation literally named "bully bashing"

earns the name "Shootbat" by the rest of the peacekeepers

politicians cry about it but they get away with it and end up being recognized as heroes at home and abroad anyway

shootbat.jpg - 640x507, 144.26K

then lets the muslims the Serbs were fighting against into their own countries

becomes grenade and gang warfare capital of the world

Yes, this was "based" or whatever

How did the Bosnians turn into Iraqis, Somalians and Syrians?

look out from the school we're camped in

see a bunch of mental health patients sitting around like it’s recess at the asylum

then some dudes with rifles roll up

start blasting them, execution style

wtf

look at my buddy Lars

he looks at me

we both shrug

"We are under strict orders not to engage unless directly threatened"

sip lukewarm coffee

watch 9 unarmed disabled civilians get slaughtered

write it down in report like good little UN boys

tfw we had APCs, rifles, and the high ground

tfw our biggest threat was boredom

tfw only thing we protected was our neutrality

Aside from that one BF1 DLC, what games are set in the Russian Civil War?

Living up there sounds comfy.

It was Balkans doing this before those others. And, why/how did those others arrive?

How would you balance a Yugoslav war RTS so it would be realistic to how things went in real life?

Serbs have the biggest standing army, armored vehicles, uncontested air superiority

Still lose to Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia, and Kosovo

Pretty comfy to be policed by people who probably raped your aunts and killed your uncles.
Bosnian Muslims had to find their identity without Yugoslavia and terrorists provided help for them during the war, as well as some aid after the war, they built tons of free mosques. Bosnia was very much Afghan-like before 1930s, a backwater in Ottoman Empire. It can hardly get less developed than that.

Seven Years War, could plausibly put George Washington in the intro so that it sells in 'murrica

Oh I don't mean the same region. Just teleport the tower to somewhere actually safe and less of a shithole, convert into a living space with an elevator in the middle, maybe allow the roof to be a helipad.

Last Train Home

and terrorists provided help for them during the war, as well as some aid after the war, they built tons of free mosques

And those guys promptly left because there wasn't much for them in the new Bosnia. Chechnya was the new hottest thing.

Revenge for Austro-Hungarian empire

Bosnians = North Africans because le heckin Islamerino

Obsessed

Survivng Braddock's Expedition would be kino

Serbs: start with biggest army, most weaponry, but no reinforcements, no funds, no trade except with Croats and Bosniaks
Croats: most funds, endless trade, no weaponry, need to buy weapons through shady channels, train troops from 0
Bosniaks: medium troops, Croats train your troops in early game for free before you backstab them, medium weaponry, little funds, future terrorists come volunteer to prepare for War on Terror, has to trade with Serbs and Croats
Kosovars: mix of Croats and Bosniaks: supplies from terrorists, start with no army, but have endless reinforcements

Early game: anything goes, dynamic warfare, Croatia starts with most cities besieged, Bosnia doesn't do anything, Croatian paramilitary disloyal and almost starts civil war with the military
Mid game: UN enforces ceasefire, third of Croatia permanently occupied, have to break ceasefire and take back territory little by little, Bosnia goes to absolute hell, battle royale, tribal warfare, winter war
Late game: Croatian zerg rush, Bosnia almost gets destroyed, Serbs lose as soon as UN fucks off, but win in Bosnia, Serbs attack Kosovars for good measure
Lucky 38
Time was of the essence. Islamists are professional guerilla fighters, you can't go back home and settle down after Bosnia AND Chechnya
Makes no sense. Habsburgs occupied South of Denmark.

Lucky 38

Close, but:

United States of Shithole

too big and too costly to maintain

The water tower is just about the perfect size.

You know, I'm not idealistic and blind enough to say NATO and the West are just going out of their way to fight for truth and justice...
But the fact of the matter is that the bombings wouldn't have happened if Serbians had uhhh not acted like Serbians. You know, cause and effect.

That AC Chronicles game has one part set in the civil war. Interestingly enough in this conflict the Assassins and the Templars are both part of the Bolshevik movement.

Accurate. Both organizations have internationalist intentions/ideals, it would follows both would oppose traditional monarchies.

The hidden civil war between jews and germans that preceded WW2.

What magna?

This

According to Elizabeth Clare Prophet, the Prophet of the Church Universal and Triumphant, the largest Ascended Master Teachings religion, the Master Jesus incarnated twice as the Emperor of Atlantis, once in 33,050 BC and again in 15,000 BC. He did this in order to aid the white magicians in the war of the white magicians and the black magicians that was going on in Atlantis at that time.

I remember having an absolute blast with a Yugo wars CoD2 mod and shittalking Serbs on the server
