major NPCs are great and they have better representation here. You can remember most of them for what they did rather than just being excuse for new ID gacha. Part 3 is somewhat short and somewhat anticlimatic, but did overall well. Part 2 is just outright excellent

Burn is hard carried by Bullet Outis (both ID and EGO). If you don't have both of them then it's shit. If you do then it still holds up pretty well.

A burn team will have easy clashes by easily meeting their conditionals through the burn stacking on enemies. The burn damage itself is carried by magic bullet Outis, both her ID and EGO.
A sinking team will have very easy clashes against enemies with sanity by lowering their sanity to -45 on the first turn. Against those enemies, if you want to do damage you'll need to either maximise the sinking count and use Spice YiSang, or use the butterflies status effect with Solemn YiSang or Gregor's Solem EGO. Against enemies without sanity sinking is extremely strong when they are weak against gloom.

TL;DR They are both great, sinking will be easier to use in some conditions but harder in others.
