Don't bother, Switch 1 was already pretty much impermeable after the e-patch for the electrical short exploit on the right joycon rail, it was so well guarded on the software side it needed a modchip install. Switch 2 has no hardware in common with Switch 1, so all hacking and piracy will be completely from scratch.

Legitimately this is the first Nintendo system I will not be buying at launch since the GameCube. I have picked up EVERY other system & handheld from Nintendo at launch. They got way too greedy for me and there’s only one game that I am only mildly interested in. I’ll check back at year 2.

it'll either be a code or a license linked to the console to be linked to an account logged into the console before it can be downloaded, it won't be preinstalled because it's launching the same day as the game
