Rifleman are both hitscan and have quick firing animation that encourages hit and run. Paladin can spam heal with 6 seconds cooldown (nerfed to 7 seconds). But mostly importantly, the blood mage has 10 miles long absorb mana spell (nerfed to 8 miles long) that can be transfer to paladin which means infinite healing.
It's so overpowered that some literally who could casually beat grubby, the former WC3 champion with 666 APM without breaking a sweat.
