WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON HERE!!!!

return to form

saaar please return to form PLEASE BITCH SAAR

How exactly is this not illegal?

All press is marketing one way or another

RETURN TO FORMULA?!

all publicity is good publicity

This only applies to low-grade and cheap stuff. A 70 dollar upfront cost does not benefit from this.

Stealing an election isn't even illegal now, why would this be?

return to from

Halo 5 was truly a triumphant return to form as well

reject modernity, return to form

Reject form. Return to formlessness.

Be water my fren

why incriminate yourself like that

How did incels lose so badly AGAIN?

Underrated

be air my jordan

Can they make it any more obvious they paid reviewers off?

When they send early copies for review they often send a "review guide" that outlines a few points they want made about the game. Reviewers read this and it influences them, plus many reviewers are lazy and cynical so they just copy it outright.

give out "review copies"

on the condition that the review mentions at least these talking points

wow I can't believe all our hard work on (talking point) has paid off!

This is so fucking sad holy shit. The absolute state of this industry

Introduce wokeism

Attach woke shit to your cause

Deflect any and all criticism by dehumanizing your detractors

Nothing new

These people are fucking insane kek

the big red flags are

they played on console only

they all finished this "long game" at the same time

they all have the developers name in front view instead of talking about the actual game itself

RETURN TO SLAB

kek

This is the first game that I genuinely want to see fail so utterly it bankrupts the company.

my ass lmao
all the talent left decades ago

A show of force, like the "gamers are dead" media barrage of 2014. They are telling you "we can force this game to be a success, we are kingmakers".
You guys underestimate just how hard the failure of Concord mindbroke the troons, they see Veilguard as their chance to reverse the trend, they are desperate to prove that pozzed games make money, so their emotional investment in the success of Veilguard is absolutely immense. They have to shill it as hard as humanly possible, they have to shill it with every fiber of their being, because if they get another woke flop, not only will it prove that pozzed games are financial disasters, it will also prove that journos don't have much influence on the consumer. They live to shill and to poz, and Veilguard failing would be a huge blow against their ability to do both.

It's obviously an agreed-upon dogwhistle

This is extremely dangerous to our democracy.

If your company was good, your form wouldn't need a return to

Does anyone know of any old games that have this “return to form” idea? I want to see the reviews to see how many people repeat this exact same expression to see if it can happen naturally.

how can anyone believe this guy when you can see how bad the writing is in videos??

Even political journalists are all bought. Why would videogame journalists be strict objectivists and speak from the heart. It's a job.

i'd think first tweet was blatant sarcasm if not for the second tweet

2bh i thought most mainstream critics were just retarded, not bought and sold to this degree

TOTAL

LEFTIST

BANKRUPTCY

SOON

I don't think it's simply buying/selling reviews, that could lead to serious problems for those involved.
I think it's something that comes from the top. Basically, the mega-corporations that make games and the mega-corporations in the media are helping each other without one necessarily paying the other, simply because they have a common goal of what they think people should get (whether it's news or entertainment). In other words, it's literally a conspiracy.

THE TIME TO RETURN AS COME AND SO HAVE I
