Make the Switch 2 have 1080p60 as it's main graphical milestone, emphasis on 60 fps. No memetracing, no fake HDR that doesn't use full color space, no 4K rendering that will strain the battery. Just smooth performance that runs at a resolution everything supports.

Also, no more of this drip feeding retro games on NSO. At the very least, ALL first party games should be there day 1. You own the rights to these games. The only time people should wait if it's a third party game that has to be negotiated.

When did I say Elden Ring and FF16 were peak? They are just games that I have bought on a non switch/pc system. I had a WIi U and I loved it, and I had no issue rebuying a few of the games for the switch with their changes. BoTW launched for both at the same time so calling it deja vu edition makes no sense I never had it for Wii U as I bought a switch and BotW day 1. Odyssey is a 10/10 masterpiece and one of my favorite 3D marios. Smash was fantastic and the list goes on I think switch might be my biggest physical library I own actually. Most consoles end up with under 10 games I'd buy for them besides PC. I would wait to see the preorder numbers before I respond. There is no reason to drop prices if you are sold out anyway. The $80 games won't be an issue if the other consoles adopt that as their price point.

I would let the switch 2 game in development finish up but stop green lighting new switch 2 games. galaxy 1 and 2 were better than odyssey, twilight princess wasn't the best zelda game ever made but it was good, better than totk, skyward sword was alright, sin and punishment is great, xenoblade chronicles is still the best in that trilogy, rhythm heaven, punchout, wii sports was actually fun at launch, metroid prime trilogy was good especially since it updated the shitty control scheme in the first game, brawl wasn't great but was about as good as any of the casual games after melee and was exciting for the time. DK country returns was also pretty good, not as good as TF but still better than every other 2d first party platformer on the switch, it was nice to get 2 new games from retro instead of 1 at the very end of the console life cycle.

I had way more fun with this collection of games than the switch era first party and I overall hated the wii in its era.

DK Returns is good but literally sucks in comparison to the 3DS version of the game and I like tropical freeze more.
