I don't see what's so masculine or feminine about these Krises, they just look like different styles or more or less detail. There is definitely a trend where some artists will draw Kris like an alt chick you'd see at the mall, for some reason.
It's a little subtle, but the more masculine Kris is broader, which is more noticible in his shoulder area, while the feminine Kris is thinner and has a bit of a figure if you look at her hips.

Honestly, they all look like girls to me. The one on the left just has the hips drawn sharper and looks broader due to the larger size.
