there are only 2 obstacle courses in the game (3 if you coun't the wall climbing an obstacle course as well), both in optional areas

Just take it slow, line up every move. This one isn't actually super difficult, just ultra long and you have to do every step perfectly or you gotta start from the beginning.
I spent less time on it than I did for the volleyball, but it felt longer since the frustration from messing up is a lot more severe.

This challenge is actually incredibly easy it just looks hard.
This one I got through before hitting 10 attempts. The log-path with spinning platforms, on the other hand, I believe to be impossible. Can't make sense of a jump after all the spinning that appears to be too far off for any default jump.
oh come on- it's the easiest rendition of this sort of platforming course i've ever seen.

You jump farther if you're running and if you ram into a ledge with your torso while pushing into it the character will crawl up it.

Not OP. But I actually found the platforming easier on KB&M. I swapped to it for the platforming segments specifically.
Also for when the game wanted me to hit teleporting weakpoints with freeaim.
How? I'm awful at platformers but I only fell down once on this. Just take it slow, be aware of rolls if you drop down and use quick sprint boosts for longer jumps. The edge mantling is pretty effective.
