No, the mesh is definitely different, the girl's cheeks are chubbier and her chin is pointier, but Pokemon MCs are usually kids 12 and under so it makes sense for them to not look too different, but even Florian and Juliana from SV have different face meshes.
Except none of those characters have the same proportions, even Peach, Daisy and Rosalina who were originally designed as recolors have recently been given more unique silhouettes, Daisy is shorter than peach, her boobs are smaller and her waist is thicker, Rosaline is way taller than either of them and has larger boobs and a different posture.
